ALY GARRETT | Founder | Principal

When I grow up I wanna be…

Princess consuela banana hammock

A Ballerina

A Superhero

✔ An Accountant (which, for someone like Aly, is basically all of the above combined).

It might be hard to believe but ever since she can remember, Aly knew she wanted to be an accountant. In 1994 (remember the 90s?) fresh out of uni, Aly stepped into her first accountancy firm and hasn’t looked back.

Since that fateful day, she’s worked with businesses big and small, as well as family run companies, developing and honing, and perfecting her (mad), accounting, taxation and advisory skills, as well as finding a love (an ever enduring crush) for working with and for the hospitality and tourism industries.

Speaking of l-o-v-e, with 30 years experience, Aly is all about supporting small businesses to reach their full potential, build value and wealth, and see success for generations to come.

The biggest barrier for small businesses? Being bogged down by the back end! Reports, payroll, systems appropria…. **yawn**

You get it. So does Aly. And she’s here to help.

LEE DUFFIELD | General Manager

When I grow up I wanna be…

A maths teacher (during the week)

A hairdresser (on the weekends)

✔ And yet here she is as a Master of Tax.  I guess the Math led her here, haha, but please don’t let her anywhere near your hair!

Fifteen years and counting for this accounting whiz, working with family biz of every size to keep their compliance in tip top shape, get their tax structures singing and self-managed superannuation funds kicking goals.

She is currently crushing on construction, and she knows it inside and out, we don’t call her Lethal Lee for nothing (heads up she also has a second insta for all things construction … yes we know, totally cool accounting nerd right there).

Lee can get your biz humming and overflowing with efficiencies, real time reporting, a cloud tech stack to die for and her impeccable advisory. Like seriously, you can’t ask for more!

If she could have any superpower? Teleportation. Mainly for travel and for squeezing in an ultra-run before work without the early alarm.

Krissy_edited.jpg

KRISSY PYNE | Transactional Accountant

Wife + Mum to 2 gorgeous kiddies | Accountant | Ex Conveyancer | Animal lover |  Real Estate Window Shopper | Cheese platters, Chardonnay + beautiful scenery is her nirvana

Krissy wanted to be a vet or a lawyer when she grew up and after a long stint working in a legal firm, conveyancing and a wine advisory firm she decided accounting was the way to go and we couldn't be more pleased for that change up.

Krissy's super power is that she has a photographic memory, which will come in handy with your bookkeeping, trust us on that one! 😉

Krissy brings along with her a wealth of commercial and practical experience, couple that with her Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing and you have one smart cookie.

From Mondays to Thursdays, how can Krissy help you? Think all things:

- Bookkeeping including reconciliation of Xero files

Processing of purchases, receipts and invoices through Dext + Hubdoc

- Payroll processing utilising Deputy + Xero projects including year end reconciliations, superannuation, return to work, you get the gist.

- Payment of suppliers

- Preparation of sales invoices

- End of month processing and reporting

- Monthly IAS and BAS preparation and lodgement

Think that pretty much covers it, as that's alot.

WAYNE GARRETT | Transactional Accountant

Bookkeeping extraordinaire | Aly's Dad 🥰 | Poppy to 13 grandkiddies | Massive Crows Fan | Not Wanye  😂

Wayne has over 50 years (that's right - half a century) of bookkeeping and accounting experience.  He even owned his own bookkeeping biz for a time ... and you wonder where Aly gets it from - it runs in the genetics - seriously!

Sure he has lots of tertiary education behind him, too many to list, so what does this mean? he can deliver the bookkeeping goods.

Think all things:

- Processing of sales and purchases (through Xero, Dext, Hubdoc)

- Bank and credit card reconciliations

- Reconciliation of Xero files

- Month end reporting

- Basically anything you can dream of that you would want your bookkeeper to do!

ANGEL DAMULO | Transactional Accountant

Certified Public Accountant | Ex Auditor (yes another one who found the light) | Kdrama and netflix fan |  Beach lover

Angel is truly angelic and thought she was destined to become a teacher as that was the only profession she knew growing up, as almost all of her family members are teachers BUT she was fascinated with Maths (she gets excited everytime she gets to solve a math problem) so she landed in Accounting instead, and aren't we lucky.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Management Accounting.

She provides services in the following areas:

- Transactional Accounting (our fancy word for bookkeeping)

Processing of purchases, receipts and invoices through Dext + Hubdoc

- Payroll processing utilising Deputy + Xero projects including year end reconciliations, superannuation, return to work, you get the gist.

- End of month processing and reporting

- Monthly IAS and quarterly BAS preparation and lodgement

- Backup admin support

MIRANDA JAMES | Transactional Accountant

Payroll Extraordinaire | Netball Nut | Gym Junkie | Reality TV Lover

Miranda once dreamed of becoming a writer, nearly became a hairdresser, and then crunched the numbers and realised accounting was the perfect fit — talk about a plot twist!

When she’s not reconciling accounts, you’ll find her dominating on the netball court, lifting heavy at the gym, catching rays at the beach, or getting emotionally invested in reality TV drama (we get it, the Bachelor is a numbers game).

Oh, and if she could have any superpower? Teleportation — because who wouldn’t want to sleep in and still be early for work?

A uni student and multitasking queen, Miranda juggles study, bookkeeping, and squats like a total pro. She’s bringing energy, drive, and serious hustle to the team — and we’re here for it.

JACKIE BASTOW | Transactional Accountant

Transactional Accounting Queen | Advanced Diploma Qualified | Proud Boy Mum x2 (now fully grown!) | Garden Zen Seeker | Red Wine + Live Music Enthusiast 🍷

When Jackie was growing up, she thought she’d become a teacher… until a work placement made her realise looking after kids all day wasn’t quite the dream (a very wise early discovery!).

These days, her greatest superpower? Raising two boys into fully grown adults and surviving it, which, let’s be honest, requires elite levels of patience, organisation and negotiation skills. Conveniently, all qualities that translate beautifully into bookkeeping.

Jackie brings over two decades of hands-on finance and bookkeeping experience across a wide range of industries giving her a deep understanding of what biz owners actually need, clear numbers, compliant systems and no nasty surprises.

Translation? She’s seen it all. Fixed it all. Reconciled it all.

Jackie provides services in the following areas:

  • Transactional Accounting (our fancy word for bookkeeping)

  • Bank and balance sheet reconciliations

  • End of month processing and reporting

  • Payroll processing and compliance

  • BAS preparation and lodgement

  • Process improvement and risk identification (because she spots things others miss)

SHANEE GARRETT | Admin Guru

Admin Queen | Wine & Winery Wanderer | Campfire Connoisseur | Country Music Devotee | Aly’s Niece 🥰

Shanee once thought she’d follow in her dad’s footsteps and become a paramedic — until she realised shift work and her are not the perfect pair. These days, she saves the day in a different way (with calendars instead of sirens).

If she could have any superpower, it would be mind reading. As a natural people-pleaser and proud overthinker, knowing exactly what someone needs before they say it would be the ultimate admin advantage. Clearer communication, smoother interactions, and zero “Did I say the right thing?” spirals? Now that’s a superpower.

From Monday to Thursday, Shanee is the powerhouse keeping All In running smoother than a perfectly reconciled bank account.

She’s the magic behind:

- Calendar wrangling and schedule sorcery
- Database brilliance and back-end organisation
- WIP and fee management (because numbers need nurturing too)
-  ATO matters and important updates
- Welcoming our lovely clients with a smile
-  Executive Assistant to Aly (aka right-hand woman status)
-  Social media sparkle and marketing magic

And honestly? If it needs doing, fixing, organising, posting, chasing or charming… Shanee’s on it. She’s the calm in the chaos, the queen of follow-ups, and the glue that keeps our team together.
